Part of PCAR’s mission is to advocate for changes in federal and state legislation to further our goal of ending sexual violence in our communities. This includes drafting, reviewing and lobbying for legislation and policy that provides funding for services for victims of sexual violence and child sexual abuse and for encouraging systems change to aid survivors and victims and those that serve them.
