Presenters

Lodging and Registration
One presenter per workshop will be offered a free conference registration and one night’s lodging. In the event that the selected workshop has more than one presenter, the group will be offered one additional room for one night and the additional presenters will be invited to secure conference registrations at their own cost. All presenters must register even if they do not plan to attend the conference.

Audio Visual
The National Sexual Assault Conference will arrange for presenter’s audio/visual equipment needs such as screens, flip charts and overhead projectors as supplies permit. Please note that no lap tops or LCD projectors will be provided.

Handouts
Presenters must provide one copy of all presentation handouts to the conference organizers by August 31, 2007. Materials must be e-mailed to ashestack@pcar.org or otherwise provided electronically for inclusion in the CD of workshop handout materials that will be provided to conference attendees.
