Shelter Manager - HAVIN
Must be willing to work flexible hours, primarily midnights. Must be organized, self-motivated and a team player. Specific training and/or knowledge of domestic violence/sexual assault issues a plus. Must have a valid PA driver's license. Must be willing to complete HAVIN's 60-hour crisis intervention training. Act 33/34 clearances required.
Domestic violence and sexual assault center is seeking a full-time Shelter Manager. Salary range $17,000 to $19,000 with full medical benefits and retirement plan. Individual will provide coverage of shelter while on duty; Is responsible for intake process and exit interviews of residents; will provide crisis and information and referral coverage on 24-hour Hotline. Supervise operations of the shelter and the agency's offices when on duty including general cleaning, building maintenance, and clerical duties and as assigned by the Shelter Supervisor and/or the Executive Director.
