Local nonprofit, organization with a mission to end domestic and sexual violence seeks a highly capable, self-motivated Prevention and Outreach Coordinator.
S/he will be responsible for the development, updating and implementing of various domestic violence and sexual assault prevention education trainings, programs and outreach campaigns in area schools and the community. Ideal candidate must have excellent oral and writing skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office programs. Public speaking/presentations experience a must. Able to present programs and presentations to students pre-K through college age, adults and professionals; maintain exceptional community/school partnerships.
Must have outstanding organizational and time management skills, and a solid work history of goal attainment and flexibility in work style to meet organizational and program goals. Bachelor's degree in Education, Sociology/Social Work, or other related field required with experience. Bilingual candidate preferred.
