The Women’s Center is currently seeking qualified candidates to submit a proposal to provide Group Clinical Consultation services to the Center’s counseling, therapy, and advocacy staff. This is a contracted position to provide a weekly 2-hour supervision group. Excellent opportunity to work on behalf of domestic and sexual violence survivors in an advocacy environment.
EDUCATION: A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology with active clinical license.
EXPERIENCE:Experience working with child and adult trauma survivors
Minimum 5 years of experience with individual work, facilitation of groups, and crisis intervention.
Minimum 3 years of experience with supervision of trauma-related services and thorough understanding of trauma theories and trauma-informed care
GENERAL DUTIES: Responsible for providing Clinical Group Consultation for therapists, counselors, and advocates providing services to child and adult victims of domestic violence and sexual assault
Responsible to coordinate scheduling with program supervisors
Requires flexible working hours to meet program needs, with supervision meetings typically scheduled during business hours
