Full-time, exempt position which has specific responsibility for the supervision and leadership of victims advocacy services, including systems, legal, counseling and medical advocacy for adults and children. This position is additionally responsible for identification of trends within the field of victims advocacy and for the development of strategic action plans to address identified needs. Reports directly to the Executive Director.
Master’s Degree and license in Social Work, Public Health, Public Admin., Criminal Justice, Sociology or Psychology from an accredited college or university and a minimum of five years of supervisory experience. Experience in victims services and counseling is preferred.
