The Centre County Women’s Resource Center is searching for a Director of Outreach and Education

The Centre County Women’s Resource Center (CCWRC) is seeking a Director of Outreach and Education to guide the prevention work and outreach efforts of the CCWRC.  The Mission of the CCWRC is to empower survivors of domestic and sexual violence and stalking and to work for the elimination of such violence.

The successful candidate will further the CCWRC mission by working with the Executive Director and the Board of Directors to further the community’s understanding of our work; supervise the Outreach & Education Team; provide leadership in developing the strategic vision for outreach and education; and guide the CCWRC in the development and implementation of primary prevention initiatives.

 The successful candidate will share the CCWRC’s commitment to working toward social change and against the intersections of oppression that affect all those who seek our services.

 

Salary:  $40,000 per year; Excellent benefits

Must meet qualifications to receive FBI, Act 33 and 34 clearances, and successful completion of CCWRC counselor/advocate training program
