House Bill 1264 provides for expert testimony in sexual assault cases.
Senate Bill 58 will provide for protection orders for victims of sexual violence.

Victims of Crime Act (VOCA) Funding: Senate bill 1340 and House bill 3402 will increase VOCA funding by 23% and mandate cap minimums through 2014.
