Making A Purchase PCAR has made every reasonable effort to make your purchase simple and quick. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. Customer credit cards will be billed as Pennsylvania Coalition Against Rape.

Orders for next day delivery must be received by 2:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Shipping And Handling PCAR charges a handling equal to $2 plus 35% of the shipping fee fee and charges actual shipping costs via UPS. There is a 30 pound weight limit per box. Orders of over 30 pounds will be configured to minimize costs where ever possible.

We ship items Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern time. We do not guarantee that items can be shipped the same day as ordered. If you order priority shipping, every effort will be made to ship your item as soon as possible. If you select next day shipping, your order must be received by 2:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Delivery Schedule Orders will be shipped within 2-4 weeks except those placed for next day shipping. All sales requesting next day shipping must be received by 2:00 pm, Monday through Firday..

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges For orders made from within the Pennsylvania sales tax will be apllied to all taxable items. For tax-exempt organizations, please make sure to click the exempt box to reduce tax to zero. No tax is charged to items shipped outside PA.

Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
