SUMMARY
Coordinates and provides support, information and resources to Pennsylvania community based sexual assault service programs. This exciting position provides the opportunity to work with staff of sexual assault service programs in board development, volunteer recruitment strategies, evaluation and the provision of quality direct services to sexual assault victim/survivors
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Coordinate technical assistance to programs in 6 months contract process or experiencing other contract compliance difficulty.
Represent PCAR with other agencies and organizations as requested.
Serve as leader and act as liaison to assigned centers through PCAR Partners.
Serve as a leader of the evaluation and assessment team
Serve as staff liaison to Men Against Sexual Violence (MASV) committee
Facilitate small group meetings as assigned for direct service providers and Volunteer Coordinators
Develop and conduct new directors orientation annually.
Be resource on board/administration issues to centers and provide trainings on board development or other topics as requested.
Be a resource on direct service and volunteer issues to centers
Participate on Training and Technical Assistance team.
Coordinate technical assistance through the evaluation and assessment team and PCAR partnerships.
Assess programs through surveys, PCAR partners, etc. to identify trends/needs.
Develop and maintain system to identify center resources
Channel specific technical assistance requests to the appropriate program of PCAR staff member
Serve as staff liaison to a Board of Directors committee as assigned.
Serve as a staff liaison to the PCAR Awards Committee
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) in human service or related field from four-year college or university; and two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
